We ship anywhere in the continental US to commercial and residential addresses, and require 3-7 business days to pull items from stock and prepare shipment.
Warehouse Pick-up
Warehouse pick-up is available. Simply select the "Pick-up" option when checking out, then call to schedule a day to pick up your order. Keep in mind that we require 3-7 business days to pull items from stock. NOTE: Customer is fully responsible for the items once paperwork and receipt of items has been signed. - Returns
- AAA Distributor accepts returns within 10 days of order date. To receive a refund, merchandise must be undamaged, in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories included. Shipping charges are not refundable and a 20% restocking fee will apply. Customer is responsible to ship all items back to AAA Distributor's warehouse at 1771 Tomlinson Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19116. - Damages, Exchanges
- All replacements must be made PRIOR to installation, otherwise refunds and replacements will not be granted. Report all damaged, missing, or defective products within 14 days of delivery date. Please call Customer Service at 215-745-7900 for replacement instructions.

- Most manufacturers offer product warranties. See products for more details. NOTE: When requesting warranty, be sure to have the following:
• Copy of original invoice
• Date of installation
• Description and pictures of defect

- To place an order you must first select and open a product item and click "Add to Shopping Cart". In your shopping cart, you can edit the quantity of items desired as well as add or delete items. After you shopping is complete, click "Checkout" to process your payment. If you do not have an account with AAA Distributor, you may check out as a guest. We encourage you to create an account as this is for your convenience purposes only. NOTE: The items in your shopping cart will not be lost when creating a new account.
