My credit card was declined/rejected! What should I do?
There are several reasons why it may happened:
- Banks set the limits you may spend with your credit or debit card
- If your order is over $500 the bank may put a temporary hold on transaction due to high security settings on your account
To resolve any of these issues contact your bank's customer service and ask them to release the transaction. After that, you will be able to use your credit/debit card on our website.
