Delivery Area and Service: We ship via Ground to both commercial and residential addresses anywhere in the continental United States.
We offer curbside delivery only. For larger items that require truck or LTL shipping, may need your assistance with unloading.

Warehouse Pick-Up
We also offer a convenient warehouse pick-up option for those who prefer to collect their items directly from us. Please allow up to 1 hour for us to prepare your items after your order is placed. Upon arrival, present your pick up slip printout with your order number.

Customer Responsibility: Once you sign the paperwork and receipt, you are fully responsible for the items. Ensure you inspect your order before leaving the warehouse to confirm that all items are correct and in good condition.

Special Door Considerations:
The purchaser agrees to let doors that are warped or have panel shrinkage a 1/4" or less to hang for one season (Spring) before replacement is requested. Typically a door will return to its normal position once it is acclimated to temperature and humidity conditions. Prior to requesting a replacement for a door, please be sure the door has been installed properly.
