Prefinished Smooth and Woodgrain Fiberglass Entry Doors 

WARRANTY COVERAGE: 

  1. Subject to the limitations and conditions set forth below, Fangda Door Tech warrants that its fiberglass entrance door product ("product") from the date of original installation that (a) the door panel will be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the door.
  2.  Fangda Door Tech offers a limited warranty for five (5) years for the factory-applied finish applied to Fangda Fiberglass Doors and sidelights from the date of first purchase from Fangda Door Tech of the product. 

EXCLUSIONS FROM COVERAGE:

This warranty does not cover:

  1.  Product finished with non-recommended paints, stains or topcoats.
  2. Defects or damages arising out of shipment by common carriers, private transportation or other means of transportation. 
  3. Defects or damages arising out of improper handling or cleaning, defective or improper installation, defective or improper glazing, defective or improper storage, impact by foreign objects, accident, acts of God, fire, explosions, intentional human act, misuse or abuse, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Fangda Door Tech and not related to the manufacturing process. 
  4. Defects in non-factory applied coatings, any glass inserts or other accessories.
  5. Defects or damages resuting from exposure to air pollutants, such as acid rain.
  6. Defects or damages resuting from exposure to chemicals, acid or fumes.
  7. Product installed in high-moisture environments, such as swimming pool enclosures or greenhouses.
  8. Defects or damages resulting from air and water infiltration during severe weather conditions. 
  9. Product used or installed in high-vibration environments.
  10.  Defects or damages resulting from any failure of the structure/building/foundation into which the door is installed;
  11. Glass breakage or glass damage for any reason. The physical appearance of a glass panel is not covered by this warranty.
  12. labor, shipping or other charges incurred or claimed by the customer.

  15. Hardware

If the factory-finished coating is visibly scratched, scuffed or otherwise slightly damaged, the coating must be repaired. Failure to maintain this coating will void this warranty.

Fangda Door Tech grants these warranties only to the original purchaser of the door and the original purchaser of the building where the door was installed. THIS WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERABLE.
