What is included in the kitchen planning process?
The planning process includes reviewing your layout, discussing how your kitchen is used, and selecting cabinet finishes that suit your needs. Our designers focus on creating a space that is both functional and visually appealing.
What is your exchanges, returns and refunds policy?
Any product that arrives damaged must be clearly noted with the shipping carrier to be eligible for a full exchange. In cases where a cabinet door is damaged or missing, we will arrange to complete the order within ten weeks or sooner when available. All replacements must be requested before installation begins, as installed items cannot be refunded or replaced. Customers must report any damaged, missing, or defective products within fourteen days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period cannot be processed. AAA accepts product returns within fourteen days from the delivery date. To receive a refund, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all components included. Shipping fees are not refundable, and a twenty five percent restocking fee applies to all returns. Labor costs are not refundable. If assembled cabinets are returned, fifteen dollars per wall cabinet and twenty dollars per base cabinet will not be refunded.
