What is included in the kitchen planning process?
The kitchen planning process includes a detailed review of your layout, discussions about household needs, and guidance on selecting cabinet finishes that balance beauty and practicality.
What is your exchanges, returns and refunds policy?
Damaged items must be noted with the shipping carrier at delivery to qualify for an exchange. If a cabinet door is damaged or missing, we will replace it and complete the order within ten weeks or sooner whenever possible. Replacement requests must be made prior to installation. Products that have been installed cannot be refunded or replaced. All damage, defect, or missing item claims must be reported within fourteen days of delivery. For replacement assistance, contact Customer Service at 215-745-7900.
AAA offers returns within fourteen days from the delivery date. Merchandise must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories to qualify for a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable, and a twenty five percent restocking fee will apply. Labor charges are not refundable. For assembled cabinet returns, fifteen dollars per wall cabinet and twenty dollars per base cabinet are nonrefundable.
