What is included in the kitchen planning process?
Kitchen planning involves reviewing layout dimensions, understanding daily usage, and selecting cabinet finishes that support both visual appeal and practical functionality.
What is your exchanges, returns and refunds policy?
In the event that any product arrives damaged, the damage must be noted with the shipping carrier to be eligible for a full exchange. If cabinet doors are missing or damaged upon delivery, a replacement order will be completed within ten weeks or sooner depending on inventory availability. All replacement requests must be submitted prior to installation, as installed products are not eligible for refunds or replacements. Any damage or defect claims must be reported within fourteen days from the date of delivery. For assistance, customers should contact Customer Service at 215-745-7900.
AAA accepts returns within fourteen days of delivery provided that all return conditions are met. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories included to qualify for a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable, and a twenty five percent restocking fee applies to all approved returns. Labor fees are not eligible for refunds. Cabinets returned in assembled condition will incur a deduction of fifteen dollars per wall cabinet and twenty dollars per base cabinet.
