What is your exchanges, returns and refunds policy?
All damaged products must be reported to the shipper upon delivery to qualify for a full exchange. When a cabinet door is missing or damaged, we will work to complete the replacement within ten weeks or sooner depending on availability. Replacement requests must be submitted before installation, as installed items are not eligible for refunds or replacements. All claims for damage, defects, or missing items must be reported within fourteen days of delivery. Please contact Customer Service at 215-745-7900 for detailed instructions.
AAA allows returns within fourteen days of the delivery date. Merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all components included to qualify for a refund. Shipping fees are not refundable, and a twenty five percent restocking fee applies. Labor charges are not refundable. For assembled cabinet returns, fifteen dollars per wall cabinet and twenty dollars per base cabinet are nonrefundable.
