What is your exchanges, returns and refunds policy?
If a product is delivered with visible damage, the issue must be documented directly with the shipping carrier in order to qualify for a full exchange. For cabinet doors that arrive missing or damaged, we will process and complete the replacement order within ten weeks or sooner when inventory availability permits. All replacement requests must be submitted before installation begins, as items that have already been installed are not eligible for refunds or replacements. Any claims related to damage or manufacturing defects must be reported within fourteen days of delivery. Customers are encouraged to contact Customer Service at 215-745-7900 for assistance and proper guidance through the claims process.
AAA allows product returns within fourteen days of delivery under specific conditions. To be eligible for a refund, all items must remain unused, free from damage, and returned in their original packaging with all included accessories. Shipping fees are non refundable, and a twenty five percent restocking fee will apply. Labor costs are not refundable under any circumstances. If cabinets are returned in assembled condition, fifteen dollars per wall cabinet and twenty dollars per base cabinet will be deducted from the refund.
