Damage must be documented with the shipping carrier at delivery to receive a full exchange. If a cabinet door arrives damaged or is missing, we will replace the item and complete the order within ten weeks or sooner based on availability. Replacement requests must be submitted before installation begins. Installed products are not eligible for refunds or replacements. All damage, defects, or missing items must be reported within fourteen days of delivery. Claims submitted after this window cannot be accepted. AAA offers returns within fourteen days of delivery. All merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all accessories to qualify for a refund. Shipping fees are not refundable, and a twenty five percent restocking fee will apply. Labor charges are not refundable. If assembled cabinets are returned, fifteen dollars per wall cabinet and twenty dollars per base cabinet are nonrefundable.
