What is your exchanges, returns and refunds policy?
If a product arrives damaged, it is important to document the damage with the shipping carrier at the time of delivery in order to qualify for a full exchange. When a cabinet door is damaged or missing, we will work to complete the order within ten weeks or sooner whenever possible. All replacement requests must be submitted before installation begins, as products that have already been installed are not eligible for refunds or replacements. Any damaged, missing, or defective items must be reported within fourteen days of the delivery date or the claim will not be accepted. AAA allows returns within fourteen days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, all merchandise must be returned in original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories included. Shipping costs are not refundable, and a restocking fee of twenty five percent will apply. Labor charges are not refundable. For assembled cabinet returns, fifteen dollars per wall cabinet and twenty dollars per base cabinet are nonrefundable.
