What is included in the kitchen planning process?
Kitchen planning includes reviewing layout measurements, understanding how the kitchen will be used, and selecting cabinet finishes that support both aesthetics and daily function.
What is your exchanges, returns and refunds policy?
If any product arrives damaged, the issue must be recorded with the shipping carrier to receive a full exchange. In cases of missing or damaged cabinet doors, we will complete the replacement order within ten weeks or sooner when inventory allows. Replacement requests must be made before installation begins. Installed items are not eligible for refunds or replacements. Damage or defect claims must be reported within fourteen days of delivery. Please call Customer Service at 215-745-7900 for guidance.
AAA accepts product returns within fourteen days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories included. Shipping charges are not refundable, and a twenty five percent restocking fee applies. Labor fees are not refundable. If cabinets are returned assembled, fifteen dollars per wall cabinet and twenty dollars per base cabinet will not be refunded.
